Children, Youth and Families

Our Children, Youth and Families Ministry consists of a vast area of activities.

As we aim at reaching all age groups, we run various sessions on a regular basis to ensure everyone has great fun according to their age, whilst learning more about Jesus and meeting with Him.

We want to make sure every child can be themselves in a safe and welcoming environment. Our children's workers are appointed through interview only, are DBS checked and have first aid and safeguarding training.

The Vision

We believe that children and young people are not just the church of tomorrow, but the church of today and so our ministry with them is one of our highest priorities here at St Paul’s.

The good news that Jesus came to share is the best news we could ever possibly hear. That through his life, death and resurrection, Jesus offers us life in all its fullness and completeness; a relationship with our Heavenly Father as it was always intended to be. Therefore, in everything we do we want the children and young people to hear and understand this and know that Jesus has a plan and a purpose for each of their lives.

We yearn to see a generation of children and young people hear this news for themselves and discover the incredible adventure that Jesus has in store for them, to live it out in their everyday lives, and to invite others to join the adventure too!

This is a radical, holistic, self-sacrificial, Jesus-centred way of life that is defined by extravagant love for God, others and self. Our faith is the very lens through which we see all of our life, affecting what we say, do, and think. We want to strive to become better Christ-like disciples; to discover and grow into our full potential and day by day pursue a deeper relationship with Jesus.

This vision forms the DNA of all of our groups which are age-appropriate safe places to explore faith and the big questions of life, to wrestle and doubt and to learn and journey together. We care for the whole person; the emotional, spiritual, psychological, and physical.

We believe that God is on the move in Camberley and Surrey Heath and the best part is that He invites us to join the adventure, but the question is, will you join the adventure of a lifetime?

What's on?

We strive to achieve the above vision through a program of Sunday and midweek groups.
All our leaders are DBS checked and have gone through a thorough recruitment process including safeguarding and first aid training. For more information on our Safeguarding policies and procedures, please click here.
